happyfork.
Good food. Good mood.

Your food.
Your next chapter.

HappyFork is being built to help independent takeaways accept online orders through their own websites, and manage what happens when an order reaches the kitchen.

Still cooking: we’re preparing a first takeaway pilot. HappyFork is not open for general sign-ups or customer ordering yet. Features and commercial terms will be confirmed as the pilot progresses.

Own website.
Real orders.

The first focus is an ordering plugin for WordPress takeaway websites. The aim is to connect the menu, checkout and order management without sending customers through a disconnected process.

A plan for
the busy bits.

The development work includes pre-orders, card payment authorisation and capture on acceptance, and printing order receipts for the kitchen. These workflows will be tested together during the pilot.

Built around
the takeaway.

Menus, collection times and the way staff handle orders all matter. The pilot is a chance to test the software against the practical needs of a working takeaway.

What’s HappyFork, and who’s TOM?

HappyFork is the public-facing name for the project. TOM stands for Takeaway Order Manager: the software behind it, including the ordering plugin, central services and management tools.

The immediate goal is to get the complete ordering process working reliably for a first takeaway. A broader customer ordering platform is a longer-term ambition, rather than a service available today.

What will it cost?

Pricing and transaction fees are not being advertised yet. Those details need to be clear before a takeaway commits, including any subscription, payment processing and customer service fees. There is no public registration or payment form on this site at this stage.

Planning your own online ordering?

Start with your menu and kitchen workflow before choosing software. Our practical checklist covers opening hours, payment handling, allergens, collection times and what to do if an order cannot be fulfilled.
